The ShurIQ Gap Radar

Eight clusters anchor the perimeter. Each gap sits between the two clusters it should bridge — literally in the negative space where the connection is missing. Color encodes severity; size reinforces it. Where many gaps share an anchor, that anchor is where strategy concentrates.

WHAT TO LOOK FOR

Three gaps cluster around the Heart Health and Research Engagement anchors.

The two severity-9 gaps both attach to Heart Health (top), while three of the severity-8 gaps fan out from Research Engagement on the lower-right. That clustering is the radar’s actual signal: re-pointing the women’s-health surface at prevention-and-AI closes more than one bridge at once, and a research-base reframe (toward consumer-facing evidence-grounding) closes the cluster of severity-8 gaps in a single move. Stroke-Community, isolated on the lower-left, is the only gap that does not share an anchor with another — structurally separable, lower priority for this cycle.
